We want you to be happy with Glassy Pro. If you're not satisfied, this page explains your options and how to get help quickly.
✦1. Overview
Glassy offers a 14-day refund on Pro subscription purchases. If you're not happy with Glassy Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
✦2. How payments work
Glassy's payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and reseller. This means Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, and refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf. You may see "Paddle" on your bank statement or receipt.
✦3. How to request a refund
Any of the following methods will work — whichever is easiest for you:
- ▸Email mobaidkhan2@gmail.com with the email address used at purchase.
- ▸Use the receipt Paddle sent you — it includes a link directly to Paddle buyer support.
- ▸Request directly via Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.
We'll approve all eligible requests promptly.
✦4. Subscriptions & cancellations
- ▸You can cancel anytime. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — no further charges.
- ▸Monthly and yearly plans are both eligible for the 14-day refund from the date of the initial purchase.
- ▸Renewals are generally non-refundable, but please contact us if there's a problem (e.g. you forgot to cancel before the renewal date).
✦5. Support contributions
Support Glassy contributions are one-time, voluntary payments. Because they are a donation that grants no product or service, they are non-refundable.
